Use your skills to make the best sustainable seafood dish at the 7th Annual South Carolina Seafood Challenge, held in conjunction with the 41st Annual Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Supply Show of the Southeast at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Don't miss the opportunity to compete for the State Title and a chance to participate in the Great American Seafood Cook-off in New Orleans.
